French ambassador visits site of apartment block in Kryvyi Rih destroyed by Russian missile
The diplomat announced this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"I came to express my condolences on behalf of the French Embassy staff to the mayor's office and residents of Kryvyi Rih. I am impressed by the resilience of the population and the excellent organization of assistance to the victims," de Poncins said.
The French ambassador also said that "the shelling of civilian housing and infrastructure is, in fact, a war crime."
Early on July 31, Russian troops struck Kryvyi Rih with two missiles, hitting a residential high-rise building and an educational institution.
Six people were killed in the attack, and at least 80 people were injured, including seven children.
