Ukraine's top security official, India's ambassador discuss bilateral cooperation

Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Lytvynenko and Indian Ambassador to Ukraine Harsh Kumar Jain have discussed political and economic cooperation between the two countries.

That's according to the National Security and Defense Council's press service, Ukrinform reports.

"During the dialogue, the parties discussed deepening political and economic cooperation between the countries," the statement reads.

Lytvynenko emphasized the importance of India's position on Russian aggression in the context of bringing about a just peace based on international law.

Harsh Kumar Jain, in turn, emphasized the importance of supporting Ukraine in wartime conditions, particularly in the humanitarian sphere.
