Zelensky convenes heads of regional administration to talk energy, security

President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, held a meeting with the heads of regional military administrations, with the operational situation in each region, energy, fortifications, and security being on top agenda.
The head of the Ukrainian state reported this via Telegram, as seen by Ukrinform.
"Meeting with heads of regional administrations. The key topics are the operational situation in each region, energy, fortifications, security. The importance of establishing cooperation with representatives of American states was discussed separately. Together, we can interact in energy, education, healthcare, rehabilitation, and provision of shelters," Zelensky said.
As reported earlier, Ukrenergo stated that on July 15, due to a period of an abnormal heatwave, electricity consumption in Ukraine reached record levels and significantly exceeded the available generation capacity.
