Zelensky on MH17 crash: Russian responsibility for it is inevitable
The Head of State said this in a message on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"It's been 10 years since the day when Russian killers shot down the MH17 passenger plane in the Ukrainian sky. The whole world saw then who came to wage war against Ukraine and that Russian evil is a threat not only to us. 298 people were killed, including 80 children. Citizens of a dozen countries from different parts of the world," Zelensky said.
He noted that "Russian responsibility for this is inevitable. And everyone who is guilty of this and other Russian war crimes will definitely hear a well-deserved sentence."
As reported by Ukrinform, the Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 passenger flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed over the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region on 17 July 2014.
There were 283 passengers and 15 crew members on board, all of whom died.
The International Investigation Team concluded that the plane was shot down by a Buk anti-aircraft missile system belonging to the 53rd Air Defence Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces based in Kursk.
A court in the Netherlands found guilty in the case of the downing of flight MH17 ex-FSB officer and former 'Minister of Defence of the DPR' Ihor Girkin (Strelkov), GRU General of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, head of the 'GRU of the DPR' Sergey Dubinsky and Ukrainian citizen Leonid Kharchenko.
Relatives of the victims of the MH17 disaster initiate the creation of an information centre in the Netherlands to commemorate the tragedy.
