Sybiha and Vatican diplomat discuss release of Ukrainian prisoners

Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha met with Vatican Secretary for Relations with States Paul Richard Gallagher.
The diplomats discussed the issue of the release of Ukrainians from Russian captivity, Ukrinform reports, citing Sybiha's post on the social network X.
The meeting took place during a meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council.
“I informed about Russia’s attacks against our people and civilian infrastructure. We discussed further humanitarian efforts to release more of our people from Russian captivity,” the Foreign Minister said.
As Ukrinform reported, a two-day meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council began in Malta on December 5.
