EU Commission to visit Ukraine on 3rd anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion

The EU Commission plans to visit Ukraine next week on the third anniversary of Russia's full-scale aggression.

This was announced by European Commission Spokesperson Stefan de Keersmaecker at a briefing, Ukrinform reports.

"Next week, as we mark the third anniversary of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, the EU Commission College will visit the country," the Spokesperson said.

He also noted that today, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will participate in an informal meeting of EU leaders in Paris, hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron, to discuss aid for Ukraine and European security.

Tomorrow in Brussels, von der Leyen is set to meet with U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg.

As previously reported, an informal EU leaders' meeting will take place in Paris today to discuss continued assistance to Ukraine and European security issues.

On February 24, Ukraine is preparing to host a meeting of partner country leaders in Kyiv to discuss peace, security guarantees, and the future of collective security.
