First round of U.S.-Ukraine talks held in Saudi Arabia

The negotiations between the United States and Ukraine in Riyadh are still ongoing, with a break currently in effect.
According to Ukrinform sources, the second round of talks is expected to begin within minutes.
The Ukrainian delegation is led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and includes Deputy Foreign Minister Oleksandr Karasevych, Deputy Heads of the Presidential Office Pavlo Palisa and Ihor Zhovkva, and Deputy Energy Minister Mykola Kolisnyk.

Earlier today, the Ukrainian delegation began discussions with the U.S. team in Riyadh, focusing on a range of complex technical issues. Umerov noted that the teams are working on critical matters, with Ukrainian experts in energy and military representatives from both naval and air defense sectors participating in the talks.
