Budanov meets heads of Verkhovna Rada committees – source in OP

On Monday, April 6, ahead of a parliamentary session, Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov held a meeting with the heads of Verkhovna Rada committees.
Sources in the Office of the President stated this in a comment to Ukrinform.
"During the meeting, they discussed interaction between parliament and the Presidential Office, intensification of cooperation, as well as issues related to tomorrow's vote," the Presidential Office noted.
When asked whether the votes concern tax issues, the interlocutor said that the discussion involved the bills scheduled on the Verkhovna Rada agenda for April 7.
As Ukrinform reported, the Rada Committee on Finance, Tax, and Customs Policy supported bills on the extension of the military tax, taxation of online platforms, and parcel taxation. All documents will be submitted for a vote in the Verkhovna Rada on April 7, 2026.
