Ukraine marks third anniversary of Maidan massacre on February 18-20

Today, Ukraine honors the memory of the fallen Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.
The commemorative events take place in Kyiv to honor the victims of deadly clashes that happened three years ago. In the period of February 18-20, 2014, more than a hundred people died in the city center, several dozens of people were missing, more than a thousand were injured, and hundreds were arrested and tortured.
Police and rescue services are put on combat alert due to a higher level of terrorist threat.
