Ukrainians to be evacuated from Hubei province on special flight on Feb 11
"Due to the rapid expansion of the dangerous coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in the Hubei province, the Government of Ukraine has decided to evacuate Ukrainian citizens from the said quarantined province to Ukraine. To this end, Ukraine is planning a special charter flight on February 11 on the Kyiv-Wuhan (PRC)-Kyiv route," the report reads.
In this regard, diplomats appealed to Ukrainian citizens, who were included in the evacuation list, with a request to be properly prepared for this.
The diplomatic institution recalled that the evacuees would pass the obligatory 14-day quarantine upon return to Ukraine.
As of February 10, the death toll from the coronavirus infection worldwide has risen to 910. No laboratory-confirmed case of coronavirus has been reported in Ukraine so far.
