G7 ambassadors greet Ukrainians on Vyshyvanka Day

According to Ukrinform, the diplomats posted a greeting and a joint photo in embroidered shirts on the Twitter account of the UK Presidency of the G7 Ambassadors' Support Group in Kyiv.

"The G7 Ambassadors' Reform Group wishes Ukraine a very happy Vyshyvanka Day!" the tweet reads.

British Ambassador to Ukraine Melinda Simmons also posted a photo in an embroidered shirt on Twitter.

Ukrainians traditionally celebrate Vyshyvanka Day on the third Thursday of May.

Vyshyvanka Day is not an official holiday, but it is marked not only in Ukraine but also abroad.
