Ukraine sets new daily vaccination record

A total of 139,441 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine on Thursday, July 22, the Ukrainian Health Ministry has reported on Facebook.
"Ukraine has again set a new daily vaccination record! As many as 139,441 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 on July 22, 2021. Some 76,169 people received their first dose, and 63,272 people were fully vaccinated," the report reads.
According to the report, 743 mobile teams, 2,672 vaccination sites and 171 vaccination centres were operating on July 22.
A total of 4,539,197 doses have been administered in Ukraine since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, with 2,920,066 people receiving their first dose and 1,619,131 people receiving both doses (two people received their first dose abroad).
Some 120,090 doses were administered in Ukraine on July 21.
