Ukraine reports 2,614 new COVID-19 cases

Ukraine recorded 2,614 new coronavirus cases on September 3, according to the Ukrainian Ministry of Health.
"Ukraine recorded 2,614 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 (including 196 children and 46 health workers) on September 3, 2021," the ministry wrote on Facebook, Ukrinform reports
The highest number of new confirmed COVID-19 cases was recorded in Kyiv (339), Kharkiv region (216), Odesa region (208), Chernivtsi region (193), and Lviv region (183).
On September 3, Ukraine recorded 824 COVID-19 hospitalizations, 44 deaths related to the disease, and 1,447 recoveries.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 2,296,155 people in Ukraine have contracted COVID-19, 2,212,313, have recovered and 53,966 have died. The total number of conducted PCR tests has reached 12,081,160.
