President of Israel meets with representatives of Ukraine’s Jewish community

During his visit to Ukraine, President of Israel Issac Herzog met with representatives of the Jewish community.
"I was glad to meet with representatives of the wonderful Jewish community of Ukraine and mark the establishment of the Ukrainian branch of the Jewish National Fund," the Israeli leader wrote on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
As reported, President of Israel Issac Herzog is on a state visit to Ukraine on October 5-6, 2021, at the invitation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
On October 5, 2021, the presidents held official talks and issued a joint statement.
On October 6, German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier is expected to meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of Israel Issac Herzog.
