Sumy region to move into red zone of COVID-19 restrictions on Oct 23

The State Commission on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergency Situations has decided to establish a red level of epidemiological danger in Sumy region from October 23, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleh Nemchinov has announced on Telegram.
"The state commission decided to establish a red level of epidemiological danger of the spread of COVID-19 in Sumy region from 00:00 on October 23, 2021," he wrote.
The commission also decided to apply restrictive anti-epidemic measures in Sumy region envisaged for the red level of epidemiological danger.
Kherson region moved into the red quarantine zone on October 15 and the Zaporizhia, Odesa, Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions on October 18.
