COVID-19 in Ukraine: 26,198 new cases in past day as of Oct 30

Over the past 24 hours, health officials confirmed 26,198 new COVID-19 cases across Ukraine.
That’s according to the Ministry of Health’s Facebook post, seen by Ukrinform.
Among those whose tests returned positive were 1,643 minors and 379 medics, the report notes.
Also for the past 24hours, 5,305 patients were hospitalized, while 541 coronavirus-related fatalities were recorded as well as 9,449 recoveries.
Throughout the pandemic period in Ukraine, 2,904,872 people have contracted the coronavirus, 2,430,944 recovered, and 67,393 died.
A total of 14,378,720 PCR tests were run across the country.
Some 94% of those hospitalized with COVID-19 last week turned out to be unvaccinated.
