Ukrinform
The Netherlands has included Ukraine in the list of countries with a very high risk of COVID-19 spread.

Ukrinform reports this with a reference to the official website of the Government of the Netherlands.

“From November 11, 2021, Ukraine is a very high-risk area due to coronavirus,” reads the statement.

It is noted that from Thursday, November 11, travellers from Ukraine will be required self-quarantine on arrival in the Netherlands, if the person has not been fully vaccinated.

From November 13, 2021, travellers from Ukraine to the Netherlands will need to take a COVID-19 test. Only people with a negative COVID-19 test result will be allowed to enter the country, even if they have proof of coronavirus recovery or confirmation of a full vaccination course with the vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency or the World Health Organization.
