Kyiv records 1,802 new COVID-19 cases

Kyiv city recorded 1,802 new coronavirus cases on November 11, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote on his Facebook page.

Since the start of the pandemic, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the capital has reached 276,572, he wrote.

Among people who have contracted COVID-19 in Kyiv over the course of the past day are 1,058 women aged 18-94 years, 614 men aged 18-97 years, 61 girls aged between six months and 17 years, and 69 boys aged between three months and 17 years.

As many as 43 lethal cases related to COVID-19 were recorded in Kyiv on November 11 (6,771 in total).

According to Klitschko, 185 patients with coronavirus, 284 patients with suspected COVID-19 and pneumonia were hospitalized on November 11.

At the same time, 791 people have recovered over the course of the past day. In total, 238,379 Kyiv residents have overcome the disease.

As reported, Ukraine recorded 24,058 new COVID-19 cases on November 11.
