Over 44% of Ukrainians fully jabbed against COVID-19

Some 44.1% of adults in Ukraine have already received both doses against COVID-19, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has said on Facebook.

As many as 101,705 people in Ukraine got vaccinated against COVID-19 on December 30. Some 27,065 people received their first dose, 72,834 people received their second dose, 578 people received an additional dose, and 1,228 people received a booster dose, the statement said.

The ministry also added that since the launch of the vaccination program, 14,698,232 people received their first dose, 13,698,387 received both doses, 3,880 people got an additional dose, and 4,900 people received a booster dose. A total of 28,405,399 doses have been administered.

As was reported earlier, 7,029 new COVID-19 cases were detected in Ukraine on December 30.
