Over 102,000 Ukrainians vaccinated against COVID-19 over past day

Some 102,478 people in Ukraine have been vaccinated against COVID-19 over the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine has said on Facebook.

"Some 26,502 people received their first dose, 73,536 people received their second dose, 597 people received an additional dose, and 1,843 people received a booster dose," the statement said.

Since the launch of the vaccination program, 14,748,322 people have received their first dose, 13,835,698 have received both doses, 4,756 people have got an additional dose, and 7,556 people have received a booster dose. A total of 28,596,332 doses have been administered.

As was reported earlier, 4,571 new COVID-19 cases were detected in Ukraine on January 4.
