UK’s Ambassador: Vyshyvanka Day is important as Russia targets Ukraine’s culture and history
“Seems to me that in a Russian invasion that so clearly targets Ukraine’s culture and history as well as its territory and people, Vyshyvanka Day becomes even more important to celebrate. So here I am, celebrating it in my favourite vyshyvanka,” Ambassador Simmons posted on Twitter, adding a hashtag #SlavaUkraini.
