Over 450 objects affected by enemy fire renovated in Zhytomyr Region

The relevant statement was made by Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration Head Vitalii Bunechko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Over the past two weeks, 121 more objects have been renovated, namely detached houses and apartment blocks, cultural hall and other social buildings. In general, a total of 459 objects have already been renovated and completed,” the report states.

According to Bunechko, over the past week, about 1,000 square meters of glass units have been replaced in Zhytomyr Automobile and Road College, which was damaged in an explosion.

Window panes are now being re-installed in apartment blocks in such territorial communities as Korosten, Ovruch and Malyn. A school is also being renovated in Malyn.

In general, over 2,800 objects were affected by the Russian armed aggression in Zhytomyr Region, and 213 of them were destroyed completely.
