Vira Mykhailenko elected as Head of High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine

Judge Vira Mykhailenko has been elected as Head of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (HACC).

The relevant decision was endorsed at the General Meeting of Judges on February 14, 2023, an Ukrinform correspondent reports, referring to the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine.

Between May 7, 2019 and May 6, 2022, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine was headed by Olena Tanasevych.

Since May 7, 2022, Oleh Pavlyshyn had been performing the duties of the Head of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, having the longest service record.
