Humanitarian aid delivered to Luhansk region liberated from Russians
The Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
"The relatively calm situation in other parts of the frontline allowed us to deliver fresh bread, matches, candles, and some building materials to residents of the de-occupied villages," said Artem Lysogor, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
According to him, "a 60-year-old woman from Makiivka, who was fed up with the shelling, agreed to leave for a safe place. She was helped to evacuate her relatives in the neighboring region. Currently, less than 30 people live in the village, many of them elderly. They realize that it is extremely dangerous to live in Makiivka, but they are reluctant to leave the village."
According to the report, Russian troops continue to suffer heavy losses on the battlefield, so civilian educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories are being converted into medical facilities.
Thus, in Luhansk, the premises of three more local hospitals have been fully equipped as military hospitals and are filled with wounds of mild and moderate severity.
"But the frontline town of Kreminna is still closed by the invaders for entry and exit. Only those with local registration are allowed to enter the city. Guests of the city are turned around at the checkpoint," the RMA said.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the invaders have accelerated medical examinations of children in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.
