At least 38 Crimean political prisoners have critical health problems
That's according to the human rights organization CrimeaSOS, Ukrinform reports.
As noted, inhuman conditions in places of detention cause aggravation of chronic diseases among victims of politically motivated persecution in Crimea.
"According to available information, at least 38 victims of politically motivated persecution in Crimea have critical health problems. Of these, 30 are people aged 50 and older and pensioners," the statement said.
As reported, according to the Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea Tamila Tasheva, all political prisoners who are in detention due to falsified charges from the occupiers will be released after the de-occupation of Crimea without reviewing their cases.
