First film festival after de-occupation starts in Kherson region
"The first film festival after de-occupation – Kherson Film Fest – has started in Kherson region. Ten movies are presented to the audience. The organizers say they were inspired by the sunny Kherson region when selecting the films," the Kherson Regional Military Administration posted on Telegram.
As noted, the festival program includes both full-length and short films. They are different in genre and subject. But all of them help visitors to distract themselves, to remember peaceful, carefree times. Watching movies for visitors is free.
The festival was initiated by Oleksandr Knyha, director general of the Mykola Kulish Kherson Regional Theater, and Yuriy Koval, director of the Yuvileynyi cinema and concert complex. Screenings take place with the support of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
