MFA: Number of Ukrainians killed in Israel rises to 11

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine can confirm the death of eleven Ukrainians in Israel. Nine more citizens are considered missing," Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleh Nikolenko told Ukrinform.

As of October 12, the death of seven Ukrainians was confirmed.

As reported, the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas launched an attack on Israel on the morning of October 7. Militants broke into the country, simultaneously launching a massive rocket attack.

To date, it is known about 1,300 people killed and about 3,300 injured. The fate of 150 people abducted and taken to the Gaza Strip is unknown.

Israel officially declared a state of war and mobilized 300,000 reservists to respond to the terrorist attack.

The USA, the EU, Ukraine many other countries condemned the attack on Israel.
