Ten-year-old volunteer from Vinnytsia region buys drone for Armed Forces of Ukraine with money from seed sales
His grandmother, public figure Inna Suvertok, reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform reported.
"We have done it and are moving on. Svyatik has an FPV drone in his hands, which will be handed over to our soldiers in the coming days," Suvertok wrote.
According to her, Svyatoslav is not going to stop there. He also has seeds of tomatoes, peppers, and marigolds, which he used to buy his first drone for the army. From now on, the boy will offer those who want to help the defenders to buy mallow and hibiscus seeds from him.
As reported, Svyatoslav Verbytskyi lives with his family in the village of Tyvriv, in the Vinnytsia region. The boy has been involved in his family's charitable and volunteer projects since he was eight years old. In addition to the drone, he has already earned, collected, and donated about UAH 30 thousand to support the Armed Forces. One of the NGOs presented him with a volunteer certificate.
