At universities across temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Russia intends to open specialized electronic warfare departments.

This is about civilian higher educational facilities training officers for the invasion forces, Ukrinform reports with reference to the Center for National Resistance.

"The local Gauleiters promised higher authorities from the Kremlin to set up such departments as soon as possible. They will offer a short training course while graduates will be promised good positions under the relevant contract," the report reads.

According to the watchdog, higher educational facilities in the Russian occupied areas of Ukraine will also include drone operation in their mandatory curriculum.

In this regard, the Center for National Resistance recalled that persons willfully cooperating with the invaders would be inevitably held to account.

As reported, amid an apparent shortage of "war reporters", Russia launched the relevant training in all universities teaching general journalism, including in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
