Police officers evacuate ten civilians from Kupiansk district

Police officers evacuated ten civilians from the Kupiansk district in the Kharkiv region.

The Kharkiv Police announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Two children, four women and four men were evacuated from the Kindrashivka, Kurylivka and Kupiansk communities, which suffer from constant Russian shelling. On December 9, police officers evacuated local residents from the danger zone in their official vehicles and handed them over to volunteers,” the statement says.

Subsequently, they were relocated to more secure locations. It is noted that they were provided with temporary accommodation and basic necessities free of charge.

As reported by Ukrinform, a further 158 individuals, including 13 children, were evacuated from the front line in the Donetsk region.
