Over the three years since the inception of the e-Enemy chatbot, Ukrainians have filed 663,000 reports tipping Ukraine’s forces on the movement of Russia’s forces and equipment.

This was reported on Telegram by Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology, Minister for Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukrinform reports.

Fedorov recalled that the e-Enemy was designed at the outset of the Russian invasion in 2024.

"When the first enemy tanks crossed the Ukrainian border, our people immediately joined in and, risking their lives, informed the military about the movement of Russian equipment and soldiers. Our team wanted the operations of this ‘public intelligence’ to be as safe and effective as possible. That's how we came up with the idea of an e-Enemy chatbot," the minister said.

In total, the service was used 663,000 times. The largest number of reports were sent by Ukrainians residing in Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions, as well as in temporarily-occupied Crimea. The most common reports concern enemy personnel, strongpoints, tanks, drones, and armored fighting vehicles.

“I am grateful to everyone who, despite all risks, has helped our soldiers with this information, and those continuing to do so. Your reporting is no less important than intelligence data and data obtained from drones. Thank you!” wrote the minister.
