Vitali Klitschko likely to battle in September
KYIV, April 13 /UKRINFORM/. WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko of Ukraine (44-2, 40KOs) could possibly fight in September 2012, trainer Fritz Zdunek said, UKRINFORM reported citing Boxingscene.
It is noted that Vitali was last seen in February when he won a twelve round unanimous decision over controversial British boxer Dereck Chisora.
In the battle with Chisora Klitschko retained his WBC title (World Boxing Council). After the bout the Ukrainian said he wants one more fight with Chisora.
Earlier it was reported that the Vitali Klitschko, who in July turns 41, plans a duel with Briton David Haye. This boxer in October 2011 announced his retirement, but has repeatedly said that could return to the ring for the fight with Klitschko.
According to the U.S. media, if negotiations with Haye fail, the contenders for the fight with Klitschko will be somewhat less well-known boxers.
