Svitolina reaches semifinals of Olympic tennis tournament

Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina has advanced to the semifinals of the Olympic tennis tournament in Tokyo (Japan).
In the quarterfinal match of the competition, No.4 Svitolina defeated Italian Camila Giorgi 6-4, 6-4, according to Ukrinform.
The match lasted one hour and 32 minutes.
Svitolina will face Marketa Vondrousova from the Czech Republic in the semifinals.
The tennis tournament of the Tokyo Olympics will last until August 1.
