Kuleba: How can partners who have not yet provided Ukraine with fighter jets sleep?

How can our partners, who have not yet provided fighter jets to Ukraine, sleep at night, while children sit in basements amid shelling of their cities?

This was stated by Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

“Our aces heroically defend our skies. But Russia has advantage. Dear partners who still have not provided Ukraine with military aircraft: how can you sleep when Ukrainian children are under bombs in Mariupol, Kherson, Kharkiv, other cities? You can take this decision now. Do it!” the top diplomat tweeted.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24 declared war on Ukraine and launched a large-scale invasion. Russian troops are destroying infrastructure, massively shelling residential areas of Ukrainian cities and towns using artillery, MLR systems, and ballistic missiles.

Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.

The European Union has imposed a powerful package of sanctions against Russia as an aggressor power.
