Russians attack energy infrastructure in Odesa region overnight

The Russian forces struck the energy infrastructure in Odesa region overnight. Two enemy drones were shot down.

"At night, the enemy attacked the energy infrastructure in Odesa region. The rescue operation is ongoing," spokesperson for the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Bratchuk, posted on Telegram.

According to Bratchuk, two kamikaze drones were shot down by Ukraine’s air defense forces.

The Operational Command South in a Facebook post said that the enemy, having targeted energy infrastructure facilities in Odesa region, caused significant damage and left thousands consumers without electricity.

There is currently no information about victims.

As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine’s Air Force shot down 10 out of 15 enemy Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones over Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa regions on the night of December 10.
