Zelensky holds Supreme CinC Staff meeting to consider likely nature of enemy’s further actions

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine held another meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Staff, where the likely nature of the enemy's actions in the near future were considered, as well as timely ammo and equipment supplies to Ukraine’s defense forces and the training of Ukrainian recruits abroad.

That’s according to the president’s website, Ukrinform reports.

"The members of the Staff reviewed the general operational situation and the likely nature of the enemy's actions in the near future, which was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi and head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Kyrylo Budanov. In addition, the state of providing the defense forces with ammunition and equipment and the course of training of Ukrainian servicemen abroad was considered, including the needs of our defense forces in terms of numbers and types," the statement reads.

It is noted that the commander of the Ground Forces, commander of the operational-strategic grouping of troops Khortytsia, Oleksandr Syrskyi, and commander of the Tavria grouping Oleksandr Tarnavskyi reported on the battlefield developments in the areas of their responsibility.

Serhiy Naiev, Commander of the North grouping, and Eduard Moskaliov, Commander of the Odesa grouping, reported on the situation in the Northern and Southern directions.

The meeting was also attended by the head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, and commanders of military branches and operational areas. The meeting of the Supreme CinC Staff was attended by members of government, heads of law enforcement agencies and security forces.
