Russian troops attack border areas of Sumy region three times
On the afternoon of April 22, the Russian army shelled border areas of Sumy region three times. A total of 19 strikes were recorded.
The Operational Command North wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
From 14:00 to 14:15, four strikes, presumably from self-propelled artillery systems, were recorded near Koreniok village. As a result of the shelling, a field with corn caught fire.
From 13:00 to 13:20, ten strikes, presumably from barrel artillery, were recorded near Brusky village, and from 14:30 to 14:40, five strikes, presumably from self-propelled guns, were recorded near Ulanove village.
There were no reports of casualties among the local population or damage to civil infrastructure.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of April 22, Russian troops shelled Sumy region’s Bilopillia community with mortars and artillery twice.
