Russian Kalibr carrier on combat duty off Crimea coast with total salvo of up to 8 missiles
In the morning, Russia put one surface missile carrier on combat duty, believed to have up to 8 Kalibr cruise missiles on board.
That’s according to Operational Command South, Ukrinform reports.
"Now there are six enemy warships in the Black Sea and one in the Sea of Azov. The missile threat remains quite high," Command stressed, urging Ukrainians not to ignore air raid alerts.
"Shelter immediately, do not film and post on social media our air defenses in action. They protect you, while you help the enemy destroy our country," stressed OC South.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, an air raid alert went off in all regions of Ukraine after midnight on May 29, having lasted until morning.
Kyiv was attacked by UAVs and Kh-101/555 missiles. Air defense forces downed more than 40 air targets. No hits were allowed.
