In Melitopol, occupants organize graduation at gunpoint
In the temporarily occupied Melitopol, armed Russian soldiers are searching schools before graduation.
Ivan Fedorov, the mayor of Melitopol, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"The occupants organized a graduation ceremony in Melitopol at gunpoint. In the morning, every school was searched with dogs. People are being told fables that they are looking for explosives from the Ukrainian Armed Forces and partisans," he wrote.
The military and police surrounded the schools. Eleventh-graders are being questioned at the entrance to schools.
According to Fedorov, the invaders want to make a picture for the propaganda media about the allegedly good life in the temporarily occupied territory.
As reported, Russia's FSB has deployed trained spies to Melitopol.
