Russian troops shell Lyman community eight times in Donetsk region
Over the past day, August 16, the community of Lyman in the Donetsk region suffered eight attacks by the invader. There are injured in the region.
Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"In the Lysychansk direction, two houses in the Zvanivka community were damaged: in Zvanivka and Pereizne. Two houses were destroyed in Siversk. The Lyman community suffered eight attacks," the head of the region wrote.
He noted that in the Volnovakha direction one person was injured in Vuhledar and a house was damaged in Bohoyavlenka.
In the Donetsk direction, there were sporadic attacks on Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka and the outskirts of the Ocheretyne community.
In the Horlivka direction, two houses in the Toretsk community were damaged: in Pivdenne and Toretsk. A multi-storey building, an industrial building and four garages were damaged in the Chasiv Yar community.
As reported, on August 16, two residents of the Donetsk region were injured as a result of shelling.
