Russia launches swarm of Shahed drones at Ukraine overnight Thursday
An air alert was declared in a number of regions of Ukraine due to the threat of Russian drone attacks.
That’s according to an alert the Ukrainian Air Force issued via Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Kherson and Mykolaiv regions - the threat of the use of attack UAVs!" the Air Force notes.
"At the moment, groups of unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed type are being observed over Mykolaiv region, moving north-west," reads the alert issued at 22:47.
23:19 – another group of enemy UAVs over Kherson region moving toward Dnipropetrovsk region.
"Odesa region – a group of attack UAVs coming your way from Mykolaiv region!" reads the alert posted at 23:21.
23:49 – Kharkiv region – missile threat!

00:05 – an UAV group over Kherson region changed its route, now moving toward Mykolaiv region.

01:47 – Khmelnytskyi and Chernivtsi regions – UAV threat!
02:03 – ballistic threat from the east
02:24 – currently a group of Shakheds is being observed over Khmelnytskyi region, moving north-west.
02:35 – another group of enemy UAVs is in Kherson region.
As reported by Ukrinform, an air alert was declared throughout Ukraine three times on Wednesday whenever a Russian Mig-31K, a Kinzhal hypersonic missile carrier, took off.
