Russian army has already lost more than 538,000 troops in Ukraine

The total combat losses of Russian troops in Ukraine from 24 February 2022 to 26 June 2024 amount to about 538,060 people, including another 1,220 people over the past day.

This is stated on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

Also, the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed 8039 (+4) Russian tanks, 15450 (+19) armoured combat vehicles, 14321 (+40) artillery systems, 1108 (+0) MLRS, 863 (+0) air defence systems, 359 (+0) aircraft, and 326 (+0) helicopters, Operational and tactical UAVs - 11435 (+22), cruise missiles - 2324 (+0), ships/boats - 28 (+0), submarines - 1 (+0), vehicles and tankers - 19407 (+45), special equipment - 2409 (+6).

As Ukrinform reported, since the beginning of Russia's large-scale invasion, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has codified and allowed almost 40 models of foreign and domestic armoured vehicles to be used in the Defence Forces, including Abrams, Leopard, Challenger and Bradley infantry fighting vehicles.
