Invaders kill 11 civilians, wound 43 more in Donetsk region in past day

In the Donetsk region, 11 people were killed by Russian shelling over the past 24 hours.

Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"On July 5, Russians killed 11 residents in the Donetsk region: five in Selydove, three in Chasiv Yar, one each in Komar, Toretsk and Ukrainsk," Filashkin wrote.

Another 43 people were injured.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, at least 2,064 people have been killed and 5,316 others wounded in the Donetsk region. These figures do not include casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, one person was killed and another wounded in enemy MLRS attacks on Ukrainsk in the Donetsk region.
