Vinnytsia region’s farmers receive over UAH 108M in bank loans

Since the beginning of 2024, Vinnytsia region’s farmers have received UAH 108.1 million in bank loans.

The Vinnytsia Regional State Administration told an Ukrinform correspondent that in the current  year, 33 agricultural enterprises of Vinnytsia region have already received bank loans worth UAH 108.1 million. Of these, 25 enterprises were financed under the state program Affordable Loans 5-7-9% for UAH 92.6 million.

Vinnytsia region ranks second in terms of the number of loans issued under the state program Affordable Loans 5-7-9% and fourth in terms of their volume.

As reported, concessional financing for agricultural producers under the state program Affordable Loans 5-7-9%  in 2024-2025 is possible due the World Bank's Ukraine Agriculture Recovery Inclusive Support Emergency (ARISE) Project. The program simplifies access to bank lending for micro and small-sized businesses. Agrarians can receive a loan of up to UAH 90 million. Loans are provided at 5-9% per annum, depending on the loan category and business entity.
