Drone attack damages power facility in Sumy region - Ukrenergo

On the night of June 12, a Russian drone attack damaged a power facility in the Sumy region, leaving 14 settlements without electricity.

According to Ukrinform, the national power grid operator Ukrenergo announced this on Facebook.

"One of the power facilities in the Sumy region was damaged during a drone attack last night. Fourteen settlements were cut off from power supply. The process of supplying power to consumers is currently underway," the statement said.

On June 12, electricity imports in the total amount of 29,796 MWh are scheduled to be carried out throughout the day from Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Moldova. No exports are planned.

As reported, from 15:00 to 23:00 on June 12, hourly power outages will be in effect throughout Ukraine.
