Blinken conveys to Kuleba details of latest security assistance

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken at a meeting with Ukraine’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba in Berlin revealed to his counterpart the details of the latest defense aid tranche to Ukraine.
