Kuleba in phone call with Blinken: Time for ‘Patriots’ has come

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken have discussed Russia's responsibility for missile terror and the supply of defense aid, including air defense systems.

“I had a call with State Secretary Blinken right during another massive missile attack on Ukraine this morning. We share the view that Russia bears full responsibility for its missile terror and its consequences on the territory of Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova,” Kuleba wrote on Twitter.

He also thanked the United States for its crucial defense assistance and emphasized that deliveries of air defense systems to Ukraine need to be speed up.

“NASAMS have proved their efficiency already. I am also convinced that the time for ‘Patriots’ has come,” Kuleba wrote.

As reported, Russian missiles hit two districts of Dnipro on Thursday. One missile hit an industrial enterprise. A big fire broke out. Residential buildings nearby were damaged. At least 14 people were injured.
