Ukraine's foreign minister to visit UN headquarters in New York

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will pay a working visit to the UN headquarters in New York on July 17-18.

That's according to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's press service, Ukrinform reports.

"On July 17, the Ukrainian foreign policy chief will take part in a ministerial meeting of the UN Security Council regarding Russia's aggression against Ukraine and a high-level event to mark the 25th anniversary of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court," the ministry said.

On July 18, Kuleba will deliver a speech at the UN General Assembly debate on the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The minister will also hold a series of bilateral talks with foreign colleagues, the leadership of the UN Development Program and talk to a group of permanent representatives of African states to the UN.

On Monday, July 17, the UN Security Council will hold a ministerial-level meeting on maintaining peace and security of Ukraine.
