FM of Ukraine and North Macedonia discuss preparation of security agreement
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and the newly appointed Foreign Minister of North Macedonia, Timcho Mutsunski, discussed the process of joining the EU and the preparation of a bilateral security agreement.
The head of Ukrainian diplomacy announced this on the social network X, Ukrinform reports.
"We discussed ways to expand our bilateral cooperation and advance our countries’ EU accession process. We also focused on the preparation of our bilateral security agreement," the Ukrainian foreign minister wrote.
He added that he thanked North Macedonia for its participation in the first Global Peace Summit in Switzerland. According to Kuleba, the interlocutors discussed further joint steps to restore international security and long-term peace in accordance with the UN Charter and the Peace Formula.
As Ukrinform reported, Kuleba is currently in Croatia, where he is participating in the 17th Dubrovnik Forum.
