In Crimea, Russians pursue militaristic propaganda - watchdog
In the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Russians continue to spin their militaristic propaganda.
That’s according to the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
"The occupiers continue to circulate militaristic propaganda. ‘Memorial’ corners honoring the Russians who died in the war against Ukraine were opened in Dzhankoy schools and a ‘hero's desk’ event was organized,” the statement reads.
In Zaporizhia region, the invaders arrange "show deportations" from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukrainians who oppose their regime. All this is accompanied by filming by the Russian mass media. The watchdog noted that the Russians use such events as psychological pressure on Ukrainians in the TOT.
In addition, in Henichesk, Kherson region, the invaders announced the promotion of streamlined passportization of the local population. Such "assistance" is aimed at promoting the "Russian world" ideas.
As reported by Ukrinform, in Mariupol, the city captured by the Russian military, the houses built in the past century, which are recognized as historical heritage, are being destroyed and demolished by the invaders.
